☹ I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service and accommodation provided during my recent stay at Mount Shakina Country Hotel. 
I booked this stay to celebrate my wife's birthday, expecting a pleasant and comfortable experience. However, several issues marred our visit:
1) Breakfast Service: We were informed that due to a church conference, we needed to "come early for breakfast" before 8:00 AM. This directive was unprofessional and made us feel like secondary guests. As paying customers, we expected equal treatment and flexibility in dining times.
2) Room Service: When we ordered room service, we were not provided with proper dining facilities. We had to eat while holding plates on our laps, which was uncomfortable and far below the standards expected from your establishment.
3) Overall Experience: The lack of individual attention and proper amenities significantly detracted from what was meant to be a special celebration for my wife's birthday.
These issues not only caused inconvenience but also embarrassment, as I had specifically chosen your hotel to ensure a memorable experience for my wife. Beautiful peaceful and romantic and fun
☺ It is remote but there are beautiful places you can visit during you stay at the hotel it was very peaceful and the staff was very pleasant and friendly always willing to assist.
